The NYC Health + Hospitals Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is proud to offer a wide selection of educational and capacity-building initiatives that foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all patients, staff, and community members. Through a commitment to cultivating a culture of respect, collaboration, and kindness, the Office collaborates with subject matter experts to create high-quality eLearning programs. These programs help staff build skills across a variety of topics, including empathy, religion, gender, sexual identity, allyship, multiculturalism, disability, language access, and intergenerational understanding, among others.
All educational and capacity-building sessions are available to all NYC Health + Hospitals staff and affiliates, including clinical, frontline, environmental, and administrative staff.
