Overview of Collaborative Care

Overview of Collaborative Care Webinar

Collaborative Care is an evidence-based model of behavioral health integration. Over 70 randomized clinical trials have shown it is an effective way to treat common behavioral health conditions (e.g. depression, anxiety) in primary care. Collaborative Care is a team-based model and uses a measurement-based, treat-to-target approach as well as the use of brief, evidence-based interventions such as motivational interviewing.
