The Primary Care and Population Health Grand Rounds topic: “Tuberculosis Testing and Treatment” webinar presentation by Dr. Burzynski aims to equip participants with a baseline understanding of how to 1) recognize the epidemiology of tuberculosis [TB] in New York City, 2) apply current approaches for the diagnosis, treatment and management of TB disease, and 3) apply current guidelines for assessing risk, testing and treating infection.
Dr. Joseph Burzynski is the assistant Commissioner at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene.

Target Audience
This session is intended for all Primary Care team members (MD, RD, DO, PA, NP, RN, SW). Continuing nursing and medical education credits will be provided to participants as applicable.
