Non-Visible Disabilities

It is estimated that about 70-80% of people with disabilities have non-visible disabilities, making them more common than many realize. Despite this, misconceptions about disability often persist, leading to a lack of understanding and support in the workplace for people with non-visible disabilities. This course explores the challenges faced by employees with non-visible disabilities and provides practical guidance for managers and leader to better understand, accommodate, and empower employees with non-visible disabilities.
