The Primary Care and Population Health Grand Rounds Topic: Addressing the Unmet Social Needs of Patients in a Public Health Care System webinar presentation by Kalpana Bhandarkar, MPH, MBA, Lead, Social Determinants Office of Population Health, and Dr. Marion A.
