Strategies to Improve HPV Vaccination Rates

The Primary Care and Population Health Grand Rounds Topic: Strategies to Improve HPV Vaccination Rates webinar presentation by Kathleen Porder, MD, Medical Director of the Division of Pediatric Ambulatory Care and Assistant Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, provides the evidence base for the HPV impact of health outcomes.  The presentation will cover the impact of HPV related cancer, the current CDC recommendations for vaccination across ages, and practical strategies for the primary care team to use with families to improve their own vaccination rates.

Kathleen Porder is the Pediatric Liaison for the facility’s Patient Centered Medical Home and the Delivery System Reform and Incentive Payment Program (DYSRIP) initiative.

Target Audience

This session is intended for all Primary Care team members (MD, RD, DO, PA, NP, RN, SW). Continuing nursing and medical education credits will be provided to participants as applicable.
