BHA Academy: Introduction – Module 1

The Behavioral Health Associate (BHA) Academy is a 150-hour training program to prepare incoming BHA staff in performing the roles & responsibilities. As a member of the health care team, the BHA  performs the assigned tasks under the supervision of the Registered Nurse (RN) consistent with the RN’s scope and standards of practice. This training provides emphasis on safety, quality and patient experience.
