Dr. Jennifer McNeely is an Associate Professor of the Department of Population Health and Associate Professor of the Department of Medicine in New York University School of Medicine.
Target Audience
This session is intended for all Primary Care team members (MD, RD, DO, PA, NP, RN, SW). Continuing nursing and medical education credits will be provided to participants as applicable.
