Think Trauma

In the Think Trauma course, Dr. Havens will review the relationship between trauma exposure and mental health challenges; she will provide a broad overview of the types of trauma H and H patients are commonly exposed; she will review the concept of vicarious trauma and provide strategies to identify vicarious trauma in clinical work ad discuss the role of supervision in managing such trauma. Finally she will provide a board overview of the principles of trauma informed care systems.
